I began my career in the BPO industry, where I worked for three years and developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Interacting with customers daily helped me truly understand user frustrations and expectations. After a long break, I chose to transition into UI/UX design with clarity and purpose.

E-commerce in Kolkata's premium menswear market was either non-existent or poorly designed — heavy frameworks that didn't reflect brand positioning.

Solution

Lightweight, fully responsive storefront in vanilla JS — intuitive product navigation, smooth checkout flow, zero framework overhead.

Result

Fast-loading premium storefront serving as the brand's primary customer touchpoint with full design consistency.

Problem

BrainStrata learners need a dashboard that quickly shows their current progress, active courses, and the next best action without creating cognitive overload during short learning sessions.

Solution

I designed a clean, structured dashboard focused on strong visual hierarchy, clear progress indicators, and action-driven course cards to help users instantly continue learning or resume recent activity.

Result

The final design improves navigation clarity, reduces decision friction, and creates a focused learning experience.
