about me

I began my career in the BPO industry, where I worked for three years and developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Interacting with customers daily helped me truly understand user frustrations and expectations. After a long break, I chose to transition into UI/UX design with clarity and purpose, turning my curiosity about digital experiences into a focused career path.

I value empathy, simplicity, and continuous improvement. My working style is research-driven and practical. I focus on understanding users deeply, thinking logically, and creating clean, functional designs that solve real problems.

FENRE

PROBLEM: E-commerce platforms in Kolkata's premium menswear market were either non-existent or poorly designed — heavy, slow frameworks that didn't reflect the brand's premium positioning.

SOLUTION: Built a lightweight, fully responsive e-commerce website using vanilla JavaScript and optimized CSS. Designed intuitive product navigation, smooth checkout flow, and custom interactive elements that enhance browsing without external framework overhead.

RESULT: Fast-loading, premium-looking online storefront that serves as the primary customer touchpoint. Brand consistency maintained across design, typography, and user experience.
