I began my career in the BPO industry, where I worked for three years and developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Interacting with customers daily helped me truly understand user frustrations and expectations. After a long break, I chose to transition into UI/UX design with clarity and purpose.

Problem

BrainStrata learners need a dashboard that quickly shows their current progress, active courses, and the next best action without creating cognitive overload during short learning sessions.

Solution

I designed a clean, structured dashboard focused on strong visual hierarchy, clear progress indicators, and action-driven course cards to help users instantly continue learning or resume recent activity.

Result

The final design improves navigation clarity, reduces decision friction, and creates a focused learning experience.

Health supplement brands often feel too clinical or too cheap, making customers hesitant to trust and buy especially without clear proof of what's inside the product.

Solution

Designed a clean, trust-first product page showing ingredients and certifications upfront, with a simple 2-3 step checkout and easy subscribe vs. one-time buying choice.

Result

Customers can quickly understand and trust the product, leading to a smoother buying experience and a design system ready to scale with new products.
